The Men who Witness the Messiah’s Birth

Zechariah – a priest from the Tribe of Levi saw an angel of the Lord who foretold Jesus coming. It’s very possible he saw Jesus as a baby. Luke 1:5-25 Joseph – as a righteous man obeyed his divine instructions to raise Jesus and protect his family. Matthew 1:20-25 and in Matthew 2:13-15 The Shepherds – after finding and seeing the baby Jesus, they went to spread the news to everyone they meet. Luke 2:8-20 Simeon – God promised him that he would see the Messiah before he died. Luke 3:25-35 The Wise Men - were guided by a star to Bethlehem to see and worship Jesus. Matthew 2:1-12
